The synthesis report of the International Symposium "Providing Water Service at Scale", Uganda, April 2010
The International Symposium on Rural Water Services held in Uganda (13-15 April) proved to be a great success attracting more than 200 delegates from around the world attending the event.
The level of service delivered by many communal sources is so abysmal, that households with any disposable income tend to invest in securing their own supply sources.
